ANTHONY EDWARDS

Actor and Director

Anthony Edwards is probably best known as Dr. Mark Greene on the series ER. Edwards has received four Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Edwards has won three Screen Actor's Guild Awards (Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series in 1996 and Best Ensemble Cast in 1998 and 1999.) He won the Golden Globe Award in 1998. In the theater Edwards was last seen Classic Stage Company’s Month in the Country. WPA Shem Bitterman’s Frozen, Williamstown Theater festival Harvey and Joyce Carol Oates’s Black.

Edwards’ recent films include Consumed, Experimenter, Big Sur, Motherhood with Uma Thurman, Flipped directed by Rob Reiner, and Zodiac directed by David Fincher.

Edwards has starred in more than twenty features, including his memorable turn as "Goose" in the blockbuster feature Top Gun. Other feature film credits include Thunderbirds, Forgotten, Playing by Heart, The Client, Miracle Mile, Mr. North, Hawks, Pet Semetary II, Delta Heat, Landslide, The Sure Thing, Gotcha, Revenge of the Nerds, Heart Like a Wheel, and Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Edwards is currently starring in the Netflix mini-series Inventing Anna, created by Shonda Rhimes as well as the Apple series WeCrashed. Other television credits include Law and Order True Crimes: the Menendez Murders, Zero Hour, Girls, Blue Bloods, Billions, Northern Exposure. He also starred in the series, It Takes Two, opposite Richard Crenna, Patty Duke, and Helen Hunt as well as the telefilms In Cold Blood, El Diablo, Hometown Boy Makes Good, Going for the Gold: The Bill Johnson Story, High School USA, and The Killing of Randy Webster.

Edwards made his feature directing debut with My Dead Boyfriend in 2016. He also directed several episodes of ER.

Edwards was an Executive Producer of the HBO biopic Temple Grandin, which won multiple Emmys and Golden Globes.

JAY ELLIS

Actor

Jay Ellis is an LA-based actor, writer, director, and producer. Most recently seen as ‘Lawrence’ on HBO’s critically-acclaimed, Golden Globe-nominated series Insecure, created by Issa Rae and Larry Wilmore.

Ellis made his directorial debut in Insecure’s Season 4 episode ‘Lowkey Trippin’. Jay will soon be seen in the highly anticipated, Top Gun: Maverick, where he will star alongside Tom Cruise. Jay also stars opposite Alison Brie in the upcoming Dave Franco directed Amazon movie Somebody I Used To Know. Previously, Jay appeared opposite Rose Byrne and Cate Blanchett on the FX/Hulu limited series Mrs. America. He also starred in the Sony thriller Escape Room. Jay directed an episode of the upcoming HBO Max series Rap Sh*t. He and his production company Black Bar Mitzvah have set up TV and film projects at Hulu, BET, AMC, Viacom, FX, HBO, MRC, Netflix, Sony, Escape Artists, Endeavor Content, and Amazon. Their feature Black Box, also produced by Blumhouse, premiered on Amazon and became its 6th most streamed film of 2020.

Jay won a 2018 NAACP Image Award for “Outstanding Supporting Actor” in a Comedy Series. Jay also starred as ‘Bryce “Blue” Westbrook’ on the hit BET series The Game from 2013-2015. Jay served as the National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day Spokesman. The Obama administration requested him to speak and moderate a panel at the White House for the final My Brother’s Keeper summit.

MARK LIPSCOMB

Vice President, Employee Experience for Adobe

Mark Lipscomb has held leadership roles at some of the world’s most admired and innovative companies including Adobe, 23andMe, Netflix, Tesla, and Stryker. He is currently serving as Vice President, Employee Experience for Adobe. Prior to Adobe, Mark was Vice President of People at 23andMe, where he was the company’s first Chief People Officer. At Tesla, Mark was Vice President of Human Resources where he scaled the global HR team to support Tesla’s rapid growth while achieving many Tesla firsts around engagement and talent and leadership development.

Prior to Tesla, Mark was Vice President and General Manager at Stryker Corporation, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. Under Mark’s leadership, Stryker was named a Best Place to Work consecutively for over a decade and a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For. Mark held a variety of positions within Stryker in Operations, Human Resources, and General Management. Before his time in business, Mark served as an officer in the United States Navy. Mark received the Commendation Medal for his leadership of operations in the Middle East. Mark was also Head Coach for the Stanford University Men’s Lacrosse Team where he coached for several years. Mark resides in San Jose, CA with his wife, Jennifer, and three children, Claire, Emily, and Matthew.

CARY GOSS

Vice President & GM, Adobe Corporate Solutions and Latin America

Carry Goss is committed to helping Adobe define and deliver customers’ digital experiences. As Vice President & GM, Corporate Solutions and LATAM, he is responsible for Adobe’s businesses in Retail, Financial Services/Insurance, Media & Entertainment, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing and High Tech/Auto. Since joining Adobe in 2011, Cary has worked with Management of over 3450 marquee customers and their investments across Adobe's entire Experience Cloud business.

Cary’s success at Adobe builds on over 25 years of experience managing sales and strategy at technology and advertising firms including building some of the world’s very first websites. Prior to Adobe, he was Vice President of Sales for Auditude, United Online and AOL. Cary was also Board President at the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA) and he still proudly serves on the Board of Directors of one of Chicago’s oldest and most impactful Boys and Girls clubs, The Off the Street Club serving the kids of the west side of Chicago. He is a graduate of Colorado State University.
