During his career Ed has overseen more than 200 implementations of ecommerce solutions for leading retailers, manufacturers and distributors. Prior to joining Adobe, Ed was a product strategy director at Optimizely and held previous executive positions at global ecommerce consulting firms and agencies.

Robert Haws

Principal Product Marketing Manager

As principal product marketing manager for Adobe Experience Cloud, Robert Haws has led the highly collaborative product marketing efforts for Adobe’s content supply chain initiative over the last two years. In his eight years at Adobe, Rob has held various roles in marketing and go-to-market strategy, all of which have focused on driving Experience Cloud portfolio-level initiatives, giving him unique expertise in leveraging Adobe’s technology to empower businesses to achieve their goals. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in marketing, both from Brigham Young University, and currently lives in Utah with his wife and five children.

Klaasjan Tukker

As part of the product team for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and associated applications (Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer), Klaasjan heads up the product and technical marketing efforts. In this role, he works closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product and GTM strategy and positioning. He engages with customers and partners to help them evolve their Personalization Strategy with scale, efficiency, and privacy-conscious customer data management. Klaasjan has been one of the early drivers for Adobe Experience Platform and has been on the team since 2017. He has been working at Adobe for over 16 years in multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, and US), various customer- and partner-facing roles, and has experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing, and business operations.
