Event Details

LIVE WEBINAR DATE: Tuesday, February 14, 2023

LIVE WEBINAR TIME: 11:00 AM PT | 2:00 PM ET

The strength of any organization rests on its most important asset— its people. However, an aging workforce, cumbersome hiring and onboarding process, lack of a seamless reskilling and upskilling options, and competitive private sector job market with a younger, more mobile, and digital-savvy candidate pool are making it difficult for government to meet current and future workforce demands.

Join us to hear how delivering simple, seamless, secure, and personalized employee journeys and shifting focus to mission-critical work can not only improve the employee experience, but also enhance government to citizen experiences.

In this session, we will highlight:

●   Crawl, walk, run approach to targeted outreach and tailored experiences with unified employee profiles.
●   Digitized and automated processes to enable employees to focus on high-value, mission critical work.
●   Utilize data to measure progress and continual refinement for equity, inclusion, diversity, and satisfaction of all employees.
●   Experience-driven learning to develop and retain a high-performing workforce, technological expertise, and exceptional leadership.
