Coworker Unlocked is a biweekly series introducing CX Enterprise Coworker, Adobe's AI-powered teammate built to help marketing and customer experience teams work smarter, move faster, and get better results. Each session shows how Coworker speeds up workflows, surfaces insights, and automates work across audiences, journeys, analytics, content, and more.

This episode focuses on audiences and journeys: see how CX Enterprise Coworker extends Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer by letting teams build and refine audiences, review customer journey performance, and uncover insights through natural language, with live, real-world demonstrations.

You'll leave with a clearer picture of how Coworker can run end-to-end customer experience workflows, cutting down on manual, technical work so your team can move faster.
