Karla Fiske is a customer-focused Product Leader currently working on Digital, Data Analytics, and Marketing Technology as Director of Product Management at Chipotle. She brings over 15+ years of experience leading Product Teams in E-commerce and Marketplaces, SaaS, Mobile App and Consumer Retail from start-ups to multinational Fortune 100 organizations like Experian. Karla has led large-scale team transformations with the end goal of achieving customer-centricity and best-in-class digital experiences focused on delivering results. In her current role, she is focused on building an Optimization and Personalization framework centered around Adobe's key enablers - AEM and Adobe Analytics. Karla's objective is to leverage data analytics and insights to increase customer engagement and drive revenue opportunities at Chipotle. Karla earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from The Wisconsin School of Business.
