Blair McCracken

Blair is the Executive Director of the Enterprise Marketing Technology Center of Excellence at CVS Health. She leads a cross-functional team that collaborates across marketing strategy, marketing operations, and marketing technology to bring personalized experiences to life across the CVS enterprise. Before stepping into her current role at CVS Health, Blair served as the Director of Digital Enablement and Channel Execution at CVS Caremark, where she led a team managing both campaign execution and the implementation of marketing technology platforms—including most of the Adobe stack—across email, web, webinars, and sales channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.

A runner, cyclist, and hiker, when she’s not toiling at the keyboard or wrestling with MS Teams and Excel, you can usually find Blair outside doing something adventurous with her friends, dogs, and 20-year-old art student kiddo.
