Mandy George is the Digital Analytics Implementation and Reporting Lead at Staples Canada. They are passionate about all things analytics, especially building complex custom metrics. Mandy is a 4x Adobe Analytics Champion, User Group leader, Community Advisor on the Experience League forums, and 2x winner of the Analytics Rockstars competition. They enjoy diving into data and using calculated metrics to uncover insights. Their expertise includes B2C and B2B web analytics, customer journey reporting, and A/B testing. Mandy is the author of the blog Night Owl Analyst where they share insights about their journey in web analytics. Outside of work, Mandy is pursuing a PhD in Psychology, concentrating on Mathematical Cognition.

I also drive site performance reporting, A/B test baselining, and outcome measurement to support UX teams in shaping web content and experience strategies.
